The Spoils of Summer

Blackberry jelly is one of my all time favorite results of summer and I made sure to pick plenty of berries this year. So far I've made 36 of these 8oz. jars and I've still got close to a gallon of juice. I should be able to get at least 24 more jars of this delightful treat from the remaining juice. I plan on finishing that up this evening, and who knows, I may even make a batch of biscuits to complete the enjoyment of my jelly manufacturing. If you want some you'll have to come visit to get it!
