Nice Weather

We finally have a little nice weather here in the northwest. The last couple of days have been sunny and today is as well. As you can see it has been a while since I have updated my blog. Yesterday the adult 3 on 3 cross ice started. I'm on the silver team and we lost 18-12. It is a great workout and I was totally exhausted. It's definitely going to whip me into shape. Tomorrow I start some more physical therapy for my right ankle that I broke in 2000. It is finally feeling pretty good and doesn't hurt to just walk or to go up and down stairs. But I think I can get more range of motion with some PT so I'm going for it. Looks like we finished up our release at work over the weekend and should hear some good things this week about that.
