A New Basement

Some friends of ours have just broken ground on their new basement. You can follow their progress here. It should be an interesting 3 or so months. I carpool with the guy so I get to see the progress first hand every day.

Still Going...

After a brutal loss to the Outkasts ala my previous post, last night we were victorious over the Dasiy Cutters winning 5-2. I had a pretty nice slap shot from the blue line that was tipped in by one of our wingers posted up in front of the net. I definitely played a much better game and stuck to my strategy of not pinching too deep in the offensive zone. I had several good shots on goal and I think overall we worked the points pretty good. So we advance to round 4 and are one step closer to the championship! Keep up the pressure Blazers!

Hockey Time

I'm just about to head to game three of our playoffs. Our team finished last in our division for the season, but we're currently in 1st place after two rounds of playoffs. Last week we beat the number one team for the season with a win of 5-2. Tonight if we play like we played last week we should come out on top again. Let's go Blazers!!!
